Iberia takes part in the “Dreams and Stars” programme, bringing children and their families to the Canary Island of Tenerife where they spend a day at the astronomical observatory
Iberia has renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Make-A-Wish Spain foundation. For another year Iberia will help fund activities to help seriously ill children make their wishes come true. Since 2001 Iberia has worked with the foundation by providing financial and human support to these children and their families, especially when they must travel.
A recent wish fulfilment project in which Iberia was involved was to take 12-year-old Dani to Disneyland-Paris with his mother and sister, giving the boy a much-needed break from life in the hospital.
